In April of 1999 Grand Entrance became a part of the C/S Group of Companies. Since it's founding in 1948, C/S Group has established itself as a worldwide leader in production of specialty architectural products. By becoming a member of the C/S family, we further enhance our ability to provide innovative and comprehensive solutions for our customers.

RJ Dadd
VP General Manager

RJ first joined the Construction Specialties family in 1992 as an independent representative covering South Florida. Within two years, RJ had grown the new construction sales division to top five in the nation. He was hired by Construction Specialties marketing department where he became product manager for exterior products. In addition, he was responsible for acquisition analysis and headed a new product development team. In 1997, Construction Specialties started a retail construction sales division with RJ at the helm. The division flourished and two years later Construction Specialties acquired Grand Entrance in Maryland. RJ was installed as the VP General Manager. In 2006-2007, Grand Entrance was the fastest growing division within Construction Specialties and continues to enjoy tremendous success.

Jeremy Tyler
Production Manager

Jeremy Tyler started at Construction Specialties in early 2000 at the Muncy, PA facility as an estimator for the architectural products division. He quickly rose through the ranks getting promoted to Quality Assurance for Interior Wall Protection and Entrance Flooring Systems. In 2005, Jeremy went to work for Grand Entrance in Frederick, MD as the Technical Sales Support Manager leading the team in developing new products, providing customer technical assistance, drafting and installation management. As Grand Entrance achieved outstanding growth, the company expanded opening a larger more automated manufacturing facility in Georgia. Jeremy was promoted to Production Manager of the Georgia location where he has been since 2008. His role is to manage and develop the larger, more efficient Grand Entrance production facility. Jeremy continues to lead the Technical Sales Support.

Samantha Grace Maschmeyer
National Sales Manager

Samantha first joined Grand Entrance in early 2002 as the West Territory Manager. After a very successful 4 years of developing the west territory, Samantha was promoted to National Sales Manager. Samantha has over 15 years of experience in Business to Business sales, 11 of those years within retail construction industry. She now works very closely with the National Sales Team assisting them in developing customized product solutions and innovative customer service programs for each retailer's unique needs.
