Twist: Each strand of yarn contains two plys of fiber that have been twisted individually

5.0 turns per inch and then twisted together at 5.0 turns per inch. The yarn is

then heat set to permanently maintain the hard twist.

Weight: 26 oz. per square yard (884 grams per square meter)

Static Control: MasterWeave mats are rated at less than 1KV on AATCC134 electrostatic

propensity test. Satisfies IBM test requirements.

Primary Backing: Freudenberg LUTRADUR® Polyester Spunbond Non-woven Fabric

3.8 oz./square yard (130 grams per square meter)

Rubber Backing: 100% nitrile rubber for maximum oil resistance, weight reduction and flexibility.

Compression molded with reinforced borders on all four sides.

Border Thickness: 90 Mils.
